We are very familiar with competition laws and regulations. We advise on all aspects of competition, mainly within the following fields: collusion and cartels (restrictive agreements); monopolies and dominance (abuse of dominance); competition mergers; and compliance with the Myanmar Competition Commission’s decrees, directives and notifications.
